Job Summary
Protect and serve in a community-focused retail environment as a Loss Prevention Officer in Calgary, AB. Responsibilities include identifying theft, mischief, and fraud; discreet observation of shoplifting behaviors; approaching situations with a customer-first mindset; conducting security audits of the building and assets; performing arrests and product recoveries; documenting evidence and producing clear reports; and adhering to company policies. Requires a valid AB Security Worker’s Licence with Security Guard endorsement and strong communication, decision-making, and supervision-offline work abilities. Required Qualifications
- A valid AB Security Worker’s Licence with Security Guard endorsement
