Job Summary
Loss Prevention Manager responsible for patrolling premises, securing rooms, assisting guests with access, and conducting emergency drills and safety inspections. Performs investigations, interviews, and key control audits; monitors CCTV and alarm systems; authorizes access to secured areas; responds to emergencies and provides first aid/CPR as needed. Prepare reports, maintain confidentiality, defuse disturbances, and ensure compliance with policies. Train, motivate, and coach employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for open-door policies; maintain professional appearance and protect company assets. Develop positive working relationships, support team objectives, and meet quality standards. Additional state licensing/registration requirements may apply per location. Requires ability to move, lift, and sustain activity over long periods; readiness to respond to emergencies and provide customer service with clear professional communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Related work experience: at least 2 years
- Supervisory experience: at least 1 year
