Job Summary
Conduct static and mobile surveillance to identify and investigate Organized Retail Crime cases at the direction of regional leadership. Initiate investigations for habitual offenders and fence suspects while utilizing reporting tools to build actionable cases. Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement to develop strategies for eliminating theft opportunities within assigned markets. Requires personal vehicle access for over-the-road investigations and travel between worksites. This role supports store operations to combat sophisticated external theft across TJMaxx and Marshalls brands.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, written and verbal

- Time management
- Prioritization skills
- 5 years of Loss Prevention or investigative experience
- Ability to travel to stores within assigned areas
- Access to a personal vehicle
- College degree in Criminal Justice
