Loss Prevention Investigator

Conduct surveillance and apprehend external theft suspects using advanced camera systems and exception-based reporting tools to reduce shrink. Monitor customer and Team Member activity to prevent asset theft while assisting store leadership with compliance checks on deterrence, safety, and operational controls. Accurately complete statistical and incident reports, maintain apprehension records, and collaborate with local law enforcement and court officials. Requires a high school diploma or GED, previous loss prevention experience preferred, and the ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
