Loss Prevention Investigator

Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, and fire life safety systems to dispatch emergencies and record unusual behavior. Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, noise complaints, and assaults while gathering evidence and assisting guests during incidents. Administer first aid and CPR as required, provide paperwork for medical treatment, and notify insurance carriers per protocol. Maintain confidentiality of reports, protect company assets, and ensure proper paperwork for outside medical treatment. Perform physical duties including moving objects up to 75 pounds, navigating uneven surfaces, and standing for extended shifts.
