Loss Prevention Executive

Loss Prevention Executive patrols a Marriott property to secure rooms and assist guests with access, conducts emergency drills and safety inspections, performs investigations and interviews, monitors CCTV and alarm systems, and authorizes access to secured areas. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, providing first aid/CPR as required, gathering information and completing reports, maintaining confidentiality, defusing disturbances, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role supports training, coaching, and supervising employees, upholding the Open Door Policy, and maintaining professional communication and documentation; physical requirements include standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds (with assistance for heavier objects). Additional licensing/registration requirements may apply in some states.
