Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending individuals within established policies, identifying and resolving theft, and deterring dishonesty from outside sources. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with store management, complete investigative paperwork and evidence distribution, and participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned. Maintain positive relationships with store associates and management while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. Adhere to all labor laws, shoplifter guidelines, and law enforcement procedures during legal activities such as police calls. Requires excellent communication and investigative skills; flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay range $14.55 to $20.40 per hour.
