Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending theft, investigating incidents, and deterring dishonesty from outside sources. Communicate with store associates on shrink initiatives, coordinate shrink reduction activities with management, and complete paperwork while maintaining evidence consistent with law enforcement procedures. Maintain positive relationships with store management, adhere to all policies and labor laws, and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
