Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily Loss Prevention and safety program tasks, including apprehending individuals within established policies, identifying and resolving internal and external theft, and deterring dishonesty from outside sources. Perform investigations and surveillance as assigned, ensuring apprehensions align with store theft activity while maintaining appropriate evidence and adhering to law enforcement procedures. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with Store Management, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate damage and shrink initiatives to Associates. Maintain positive relationships with management, observe shoplifter guidelines, and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, starting at $16.90 to $18.60 per hour.
