Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending theft, investigating internal and external shrink, and deterring dishonest acts from outside sources. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with store management, maintain appropriate evidence, and complete paperwork accurately while adhering to established policies and legal procedures. Communicate with store associates on damage initiatives and uphold a culture of honesty and integrity. Maintain positive relationships with store management and participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
