Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending individuals within established policies, identifying and resolving internal and external theft, and deterring dishonesty from outside sources. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with Store Management, complete related paperwork accurately, and maintain evidence consistent with law enforcement procedures. Communicate with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives while observing and participating in investigations and surveillance as assigned. Maintain positive relationships with Store Management, promote a culture of honesty and integrity, and ensure apprehensions align with store theft activity.
