Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily Loss Prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending individuals within established policies, identifying and resolving internal and external theft, and deterring dishonest acts from outside sources. Perform investigations and surveillance as assigned, maintain appropriate evidence, and complete paperwork accurately and timely. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with Store Management, communicate with Associates on damage initiatives, and ensure all labor laws and procedures are followed while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. Maintain positive relationships with Store Management and provide timely, courteous service to customers.
