Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including identifying and resolving internal and external theft, apprehending dishonesty, and deterring shoplifting. Maintain positive relationships with store management, communicate on shrink initiatives, and participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned. Ensure apprehensions align with store policies, complete paperwork accurately, and manage evidence while adhering to law enforcement procedures. Support shrink reduction goals, promote safety awareness, and provide timely service to customers. Maintain confidentiality and uphold a culture of honesty. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay is $16.90 to $18.60 per hour.
