Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending individuals per policy, investigating internal and external theft, and deterring dishonest acts. Coordinate shrink reduction activities with store management, maintain evidence consistent with law enforcement procedures, and complete related paperwork accurately. Communicate with associates on damage initiatives and uphold confidentiality while promoting a culture of honesty. Maintain positive relationships with store management and ensure a safe environment. Requires excellent communication and investigative skills; flexible schedule to support business needs.
