Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending suspects, investigating theft, and deterring dishonesty from outside sources. Maintain positive relationships with store management, communicate with associates on shrink initiatives, and coordinate shrink reduction activities. Observe and document acts of dishonesty, ensure apprehensions follow established policies, and complete accurate paperwork while maintaining appropriate evidence. Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, adhere to all labor laws, and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Support maintenance of a safe environment and work within established shoplifter guidelines.
