Loss Prevention Detective

Conduct daily store loss prevention and safety programs, including apprehending individuals within established policies and deterring acts of dishonesty. Identify and resolve internal and external theft while communicating with store associates on damage and shrink initiatives. Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, ensuring evidence is maintained according to law enforcement procedures. Complete and distribute paperwork accurately and timely, coordinating shrink reduction activities with store management. Maintain positive relationships with store management and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, adhering to all labor laws and safety awareness protocols.
