Job Summary
Loss Prevention Detective at TJX Companies responsible for store loss prevention and safety programs. Performs apprehensions within established policies, investigates theft, maintains relationships with store management and associates, and communicates shrink initiatives. Participates in investigations and surveillance, ensures paperwork is accurate and timely, supports shrink-reduction goals, and promotes safety and integrity across TJX’s off-price retail brands. Requires strong communication, investigative/analytical skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Location-based role in Santa Barbara, CA with in-person work expectations.
