Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending shoplifters, investigating internal and external theft, and resolving shrink initiatives. Coordinate with store management on damage reports, maintain evidence consistent with law enforcement procedures, and complete related paperwork accurately. Adhere to established policies, shoplifter guidelines, and labor laws while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity. Maintain positive relationships with associates and participate in assigned surveillance and shrink reduction activities. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
