Job Summary
Loss Prevention Detective responsible for executing store loss prevention and safety programs; conduct apprehensions within established policies; identify and deter internal/external theft; maintain positive relationships with store management; participate in investigations and surveillance; ensure apprehensions align with theft activity; complete and distribute paperwork accurately; support shrink reduction goals; promote safety and integrity; provide courteous service to customers and maintain confidentiality; collaborate with store teams to protect assets and comply with labor laws and shoplifter guidelines.
