Job Summary
Conduct daily store loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending shoplifters, investigating theft, and deterring dishonesty. Maintain positive relationships with store management, communicate on shrink initiatives, and coordinate shrink reduction activities. Observe and resolve internal and external theft while ensuring all apprehensions and legal activities adhere to established policies. Complete and distribute paperwork accurately, maintain evidence, and support maintenance of a safe environment. Adhere to labor laws and participate in store shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
