Job Summary
Store Loss Prevention Detective responsible for supporting loss prevention and safety programs, conducting apprehensions within policy, communicating with store associates on shrink initiatives, identifying and resolving internal and external theft, participating in investigations and surveillance, maintaining evidence, handling paperwork, coordinating shrink-related activities with store management, adhering to labor laws and policies, and promoting honesty and integrity while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years retail or security experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Investigative / analytical skills
- Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
