Job Summary
Lead the Loss Prevention Department and its team to protect company assets by monitoring store areas for fraud, theft, and other security-related activities; motivate and coach loss prevention associates, execute duties of a loss prevention associate, assess and develop skills to meet department goals, provide feedback on case statistics, develop and implement solutions to reduce loss, and be available for rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
