Job Summary
Support a positive customer shopping experience by providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service while maintaining an effective deterrent to theft through professional engagement and accurate checkout procedures. Observe shrink-related concerns, communicate them to Store Management, and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs to maintain a culture of honesty and integrity. Coordinate shrink-related activities, promote safety awareness, and adhere to all labor laws and policies to accomplish work assignments with minimum supervision.
