Job Summary
Loss Prevention Coordinator responsible for reviewing OS&D occurrences, handling claims resolution, and maintaining reporting/documentation. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Transportation, and carrier partners to identify issues, determine next steps, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Responsibilities include claims review, OS&D issue follow-up, data reporting, and inventory/account adjustments, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and process improvement. Requirements include strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and effective written/spoken communication; SAP experience and Bachelor’s degree are noted as preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, customer service, claims processing, or related field
