Job Summary
Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft, fraud, lost items, and guest complaints including assault, food poisoning, and noise issues. Interview relevant parties to obtain statements, document incidents in reports, and escort unwelcome persons from the property while defusing disturbances. Assist with business interruptions, handle civil disturbances, and notify managers or local police for accidents or attacks. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to all safety and security policies. Perform physical duties including walking, standing, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and navigating uneven surfaces. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards while ensuring adherence to quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to lift objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Must be able to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move at a speed required to respond to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog)
