Loss Prevention Associates

Contribute to loss prevention by acting as a visual deterrent, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and supporting store management in preventing loss and ensuring a safe environment. Maintain a front-of-store presence, greet customers, respond to requests, observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management, perform a closing safety sweep with a manager, and adhere to company policies and procedures. The role emphasizes strong verbal and written communication, sound judgment, initiative, ability to work independently, and the ability to stand for long periods.
