Job Summary
Loss Prevention Associate responsible for safeguarding the hotel’s assets, guests, and employees through regular patrols, ensuring safety and security of a world-class property, enforcing hotel policies, managing key control, lost-and-found, and radio communications, and collaborating with hotel departments. The role supports Safety Committee activities and training initiatives, requires physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs) and flexibility to work overtime/weekends, and offers a competitive benefits package at one of the world’s largest hotels.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, hotel operations, or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to stay calm and collected in high-pressure situations
- Problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office and security systems
- Ability to work overtime or weekends
- Be ready to pitch in and support the team
- Certifications & Licenses: Must be able to obtain any required certifications, licenses, or permits as per local law or company regulations
