LOSS PREVENTION ASSOCIATE

Identify and reduce sources of loss from internal and external theft while apprehending shoplifters according to company directives and state laws. Maintain case logs and incident reports, and conduct investigations including credit card and check fraud to achieve individual case goals. Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role supports Von Maur's mission to protect assets and provide a secure environment for customers and employees, fostering a culture built on supporting valued employees who make the company's legendary customer service possible.
