Job Summary
Train store employees on loss prevention and safety policies to ensure compliance. Detect and capture shoplifters per company protocol while preparing incident, accident, and investigation reports. Assist management in investigating employee policy violations and maintain confidentiality regarding all outcomes. Support the store with day-to-day operations and ensure inventory accuracy. Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as a full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computer applications; i.e.: Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers and employees
- Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
