Loss Prevention Associate

Contribute to the growth of your career by supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and store management in preventing loss and dishonesty as a visible deterrent, including wearing a Body Worn Camera. Deliver a positive customer experience, partner with store teams, adhere to company policies, monitor front-of-store activity, greet customers, respond to requests for assistance, observe and report suspicious behavior, perform closing safety sweeps, document incidents in AIIM Case Management, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires 0-2 years of retail or security experience; strong communication; sound judgment; ability to stand long periods; and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
