Loss Prevention Associate

Contributes to store-level loss prevention by acting as a visual deterrent, wearing a body worn camera, and supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager. Maintains a positive customer shopping experience, partners with store teams, and adheres to company policies. Stands at the front of the store or in a department, greets customers, observes and reports suspicious behavior or incidents, performs a closing safety sweep with a manager, and follows the Store Emergency Response Guide. Requires strong verbal and written communication, sound decision-making, initiative, and the ability to work independently while standing for long periods. 0-2 years retail or security experience. Location: Shreveport, LA; starting pay range $13.30-$18.60 per hour with comprehensive benefits.
