Job Summary
Patrol property and assist guests; monitor security systems (CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress, fire life safety); secure entrances as needed; perform daily hazard inspections; respond to accidents and emergencies including EMS, first aid, and CPR; assist guests and employees during incidents; defuse disturbances; summon outside help when needed; document incidents with incident reports and daily activity logs; maintain confidentiality of security-related information; conduct investigations and gather evidence; interview relevant parties; follow company policies; ensure professional appearance and communication; build positive relationships with team; comply with QA standards; be able to stand/sit/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance; readiness to perform other duties as assigned.
