Loss Prevention Associate II

Contribute to store-wide loss prevention by supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and store management; serve as a visual deterrent, wearing a body worn camera, and maintain a professional stance at the front of the store while greeting customers and assisting with inquiries. Responsibilities include observing and reporting suspicious behavior or incidents, performing closing safety sweeps with management, adhering to policy, and upholding company culture and values; role demands strong communication, independent initiative, and the ability to stand for long periods. Knowledge of AIIM Case Management and store emergency procedures is part of the duties, with opportunities for development and career growth within TJX’s multi-brand, off-price retail environment.
