Job Summary
Contribute to the growth of your career by supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management through core responsibilities focused on acting as a visual deterrent to prevent loss, wearing a body worn camera, and maintaining a proper front-of-store posture. Deliver customer service, observe and report suspicious behavior, perform closing safety sweeps with management, document incidents in AIIM Case Management, and adhere to company policies while supporting store teams and the brand. Establish and maintain front-of-store presence, respond to customer requests via radio, and participate in safety and loss-prevention duties across HomeGoods locations.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or security experience (0-2 years)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Decision-making and initiative
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to wear body worn camera and maintain policy adherence
