Loss Prevention Associate II

Loss Prevention Associate II at TJX family of brands, supporting district LP by acting as a visual deterrent to prevent loss, wearing a body worn camera, and assisting in maintaining a positive customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to requests for assistance, observing and reporting suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management, performing a closing safety sweep, documenting incidents in AIIM Case Management, adhering to policies, and collaborating with store teams. Must be able to stand for long periods and demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, sound judgment, initiative, and time management. The role emphasizes store-front presence and alignment with company culture and values, with duties visible in front-of-store positions and department support as needed.
