Job Summary
Loss Prevention Associate II at TJX will support the District Loss Prevention Manager and store management by acting as a visual deterrent to prevent loss, wearing a Body Worn Camera, and maintaining a front-of-store presence. The role includes greeting customers, assisting them, observing and reporting suspicious behavior or incidents, performing a closing safety sweep with management, and documenting incidents in AIIM Case Management. The position emphasizes adherence to company policies, professionalism, and collaboration with store teams to protect the brand and ensure a safe shopping environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
- Respond to customer requests for assistance and refer to management or customer service as needed
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management
- Document incidents in AIIM Case Management
- Adhere to Company Policy and Procedure
