Loss Prevention Associate

Patrol all property areas, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents or disturbances, administer first aid as required, and defuse guest or employee conflicts. Escort unwelcome persons, report vehicle accidents or thefts to scenes, and complete incident reports and daily activity summaries. Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties while maintaining strict confidentiality of all reports. Handle interruptions and complaints, resolve safety hazards, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety training standards.
