Job Summary
Contribute to store loss prevention and customer safety by serving as a visible deterrent at the front of the store, wearing a body worn camera, and supporting store management. Duties include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, observing for suspicious behavior or incidents, performing a closing safety sweep with a manager, documenting incidents in AIIM Case Management, and adhering to company policies while upholding brand safety and customer service standards. The role requires strong communication, the ability to stand for long periods, initiative, time-management, and collaboration with store teams.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years retail or security experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to take initiative and perform well independently
- Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively
- Able to greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect
- Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to management or customer service
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or critical incidents
- Maintain position at the front of the store or in a department
- Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management
- Adhere to company policy and procedure
