Loss Prevention Associate (12-9 PM EST)

Loss Prevention Associate managing delinquent auto loan accounts through calls, emails, or texts; handling inbound collections and redemptions; setting up one-time payments; preparing delinquent accounts for post-repossession processes; communicating notices; reviewing repossession and legal actions; issuing written and oral instructions; enforcing collection standards of conduct; performing administrative tasks; bilingual Spanish and English preferred; 1+ years of collections experience in a call-center environment and auto-collections experience preferred; strong customer, communication, and organizational skills; able to work from 12-9 PM EST in a remote, full-time role.
