Job Summary
Conduct daily loss prevention and safety tasks, including apprehending individuals within established policies, investigating internal and external theft, and deterring dishonest acts from outside sources. Communicate with store associates regarding damage and shrink initiatives, coordinate shrink reduction activities with management, and complete paperwork and evidence distribution accurately. Maintain positive relationships with store management, participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned, and ensure all legal activities align with law enforcement procedures. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
