Job Summary
Monitor and enforce facility safety, security, and loss prevention procedures by conducting regular warehouse inspections to identify hazards, theft risks, and compliance concerns. Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and accidents while documenting findings and corrective actions. Assist in protecting assets and sensitive information through security protocols, ensuring proper PPE use and maintaining facility housekeeping standards. Maintain OSHA 300 logs, EH&S documentation, and training records; conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and new hire orientations. Support emergency response efforts and communicate compliance risks to leadership. Full-time, Sunday-Thursday 9:30pm-6:30am.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Warehouse Safety, Security, EH&S, or related field
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety procedures
- Experience conducting inspections, incident investigations, and compliance audits
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift and warehouse operations knowledge
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
