Responsible for supporting loss prevention operations including managing/maintenance of files for garnishments, subpoenas and other legal notices; coordinating required actions on subpoenas and legal requests; monitoring financial activity for fraud indicators; reviewing auto-close reports; conducting weekly DVR surveillance checks; collaborating with IT and facilities to address security infrastructure issues; handling inquiries professionally with strong loss-prevention procedures; maintaining detailed case files and audit trails; identifying process inefficiencies and proposing improvements; upholding member-first mindset and core values; completing required training and performing other duties as assigned.
