Job Summary
Loss Prevention Agent at UNIQLO responsible for maintaining a safe shopping environment with emphasis on inventory management and shortage reduction. Responsibilities include training store team members on loss prevention and safety policies, identifying and detaining shoplifters following company guidelines, building relationships with store leadership, leading associate awareness efforts, conducting investigations and audits, ensuring compliance with shortage-reduction strategies, partnering with LP Manager for policy compliance, inspecting store safety procedures, and supporting special projects. Requires knowledge of security software and CCTV, strong verbal/written communication, ability to travel to stores, and a flexible schedule; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computer applications; including Security Software, CCTV equipment, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of federal, state and local law
- Knowledge of surveillance/security equipment and installations
- Ability to travel to stores within assigned area
- Physical requirements: ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, etc.
