Loss Mitigation Title Team Lead

Lead the Loss Mitigation Title team to review title searches, identify title defects, determine responsible parties, and clear origination or servicing title issues within the Loss Mitigation underwriting process. Provide workflow direction and training to lower-level team members, track compliance with deadlines, monitor and report performance, ensure training materials are current, and act as a subject-matter expert. Back-up supervisory duties, perform CMS notary duties as needed, attend partner/vendor meetings, and collaborate with business units to translate requirements into practical solutions. Prepare and present process overviews to Senior Management and investors, while ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws.
