Job Summary
Receive, review, and assign modification documents to Post Closing Representatives, then monitor receipt and delivery of applicable Loan Modification documents to agencies for recording and collateral requirements. Work with third-party vendors to track recording timelines and ensure collateral documents are properly executed and delivered timely to the Collateral Department or custodian. Serve as witness to loan modification documents and provide reporting on loan status as requested by management. Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects as needed while ensuring compliance with HAMP, FHA, VA, USDA, and Ginnie Mae document fulfillment requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information
- Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information
- Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit
- Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology
- Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term basis (longer than one month)
- Ability to add subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) or more years' mortgage experience preferred
