Job Summary
Process orders for permanent loss mitigation documents after final terms are calculated by underwriting, then complete quality control reviews before sending documents to customers for execution. Handle executed documents including notarization and imaging, while fulfilling permanent loss mitigation terms and recording documents in applicable investor systems. Obtain title endorsements or policies as required by state and investor guidelines, and manage collateral documents such as partial claims, payment supplements, modifications, and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure. Maintain logs of exceptions to clear items within required timelines and assist with managing third-party vendors. Work onsite daily in Houston, TX or Englewood, CO, with a salary of $23-26/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Loss Mitigation fulfillment preferred
- Experience with Black Knight Director 7 (MSP) and Loss Mitigation Solution (LMS) desired
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae permanent loss mitigation document requirements
- Understanding of Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS) document requirements
- Experience working in Fannie Mae – SMDU, Freddie Mac – Resolve, VA – VALERI, and USDA – USDALinc systems preferred
- Notary certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of Integrity/confidentiality while handling secure information in addition to having the ability to work through stressful situations professionally and handle frequent changes
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Location: Onsite daily in either Houston, TX or Englewood, CO
