Job Summary
Loss Control Field Inspectors conduct physical inspections of commercial or residential properties to identify risks and hazards, prepare schedules and reports, and communicate survey status. The role is based from home with travel to inspections across a defined territory; compensation is per inspection with on-the-job training and mileage reimbursement. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to use a digital camera, and proficiency with word processing and e-mail. The position emphasizes scheduling, reporting, and adherence to company standards to reduce risk, with weekly pay and production-based pay potential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record (based on NEIS guidelines)
- Competent use of digital camera, word processing and e-mail
- Must live within 30-mile radius of territory
- Job will be based from home with required travel to each inspection location within your assigned territory
- Maintain automobile insurance while employed with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined
