Job Summary
Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties to identify risks and hazards using manual rules and company standards. Prepare schedules to maximize time efficiency and set up appointments with insured via phone, email, and text. Complete physical loss control surveys, capture multiple photos, and compile required reports with internal progress updates. Maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance while living within a 30-mile radius of your assigned territory. Compensation includes roughly $50 per inspection plus mileage and production pay, with weekly base pay and on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- Competent use of digital camera

- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record (based on NEIS guidelines)
- Must live within 30-mile radius of territory
- Must maintain automobile insurance while employed with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined
