Job Summary
Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties to identify hazards and apply manual rules for risk reduction. Prepare schedules to maximize time use, then complete surveys and compile reports with multiple photos. Correspond with insured parties via phone, email, and text to set up appointments and communicate survey status through internal progress reports. Work remotely with travel to assigned locations within a 30-mile radius, maintaining required auto insurance and a valid driver's license. Compensation includes roughly $50 per inspection plus mileage and production pay, with on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications

- Satisfactory driving record (based on NEIS guidelines)
- Must live within 30-mile radius of territory
- Must maintain automobile insurance while employed with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined
