Job Summary
Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties to identify risks and hazards using manual rules and company standards. Prepare schedules to maximize time efficiency, then complete physical loss control surveys and generate reports with multiple photos. Correspond with insured parties via phone, email, and text to set up appointments and communicate survey status through internal progress reports. Requires a valid driver's license, digital camera proficiency, and the ability to live within a 30-mile radius while maintaining required auto insurance. Compensation includes roughly $50 per inspection plus weekly base pay, mileage reimbursement, and production pay. On-the-job training provided for this part-time role.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record (based on NEIS guidelines)
- Must live within 30-mile radius of territory
- Must maintain automobile insurance while employed with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined
